Fee Rates are reviewed annually .... April 2011 - 2012 rates are :

Grange Hall Nursing.... Weekly Fees

Residents will usually qualify for the Scottish Government personal nursing care allowance administered by the local authority (Scottish Borders Council) of £231.00 per week which effectively reduces the actual fee balance payable by residents to £364.00 per week.

Grange Hall Residential... Weekly Fees

Residents will usually qualify for the Scottish Government personal care allowance administered by the local authority (Scottish Borders Council) of £159.00 per week which effectively reduces the actual fee balance payable by residents to £351.00 per week.


Privately Funded Residents
Our normal terms are four weeks fees paid in advance.
In the event that existing self-funding residents become eligible for full local authority funding Grange Hall will continue to provide uninterrupted care and will provide as much assistance as possible to enable a seamless transfer from self-funding to the local authority contract system.

 
Local Authority Funded Residents
Your local authority social services department will determine your contribution towards care fees. Please ask your social work department for further information. In the Scottish Borders Area the Scottish Borders Council (Tel: 0300 100 1800) are responsible for assessing and funding the provision of Nursing/Residential Care.
